Purchase Mail-In Repair Service. Prepare to ship device:
Carefully pack your device, charger, and Mail-In Repair Service payment confirmation. Ship the device to us with tracking and insurance.
Important: Missing charger or power cord will delay your repair.
Required: Tracking. (Insurance is highly recommended, up to the full value of your device).
Diagnostic Results and Repair Options
Upon receiving your device, we’ll perform a thorough troubleshooting and send you a comprehensive diagnostics report included in the estimate. The report, providing valuable insights into your device’s condition, is yours to keep—even if you decide not to proceed with the repairs.
You can either:
Approve the estimate: We will begin repairs. The $99 deposit covers the first hour of labor and part sourcing.
Decline to repair: We will ship back your device. The $99 fee covers the first hour of labor and complex diagnostics.
Note: If you cancel after parts are ordered, you’ll be charged only for those parts, which will be returned to you with your device.
Final Testing, Payment, and Return Shipment
Once repairs or upgrades are complete, we’ll test your device (12-24 hours if needed) to ensure issues are resolved.
The $99 deposit will be applied as a credit and invoice sent. Upon receipt of the invoice, please sign and remit payment. After payment confirmation, we will ship your device back with tracking and insurance.

There are thousands of different devices with thousands of different configurations. Prices vary depending on the specifications, age of device, available parts, or nature of the repair.
"I have a laptop I love; can I upgrade that?"
Yes, usually you can upgrade:
RAM (Memory)
Hard drive storage capacity or type (SSD vs. HDD)
Note: Laptop CPUs and GPUs are NOT upgradeable due to being soldered-in.
